On a small level, the work we do is challenging and my manager/team are great - supportive and caring. Big-picture, the higher ups are focused on arbitrary monetary goals and lose sight of what it means to develop good products and put the customer first.

Higher base salary and a standard bonus structure. The current structure mandates competition with my teammates and not teamwork.
