Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The rising inflation and interest rates, and the falling AUD do not translate to even a corresponding compensation rise, making the effective income less with time.

Restructurings every few months. Lack of leadership experience in the Director level as a lot of them come from bug 4 consulting and have no idea how to manage people. Alpha dog mentality - agree or die. Women are super catty. This is not what you would think looking at the company name.
