Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no satisfactory replacement for satisfactory compensation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Senior management needs to fully embrace the remote work style and close down the satelite offices. Virtually all of the HR problems within the company were pre-empted by not being forced to see the people causing the problems.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Bill Madison casually asked the entire staff to take a functional $7,000 - $10,000 pay cut in the form of returning to the physical office locations, and overtly threatened to fire staff that resisted. This does not consider the time wasted in commutes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bill Madison asked all the staff under him to return to the office instead of continuing the remote work setup. Functionally this is a tremendous pay cut and an intense waste of the individual employees' time. He overtly threatened to terminate staff that did not comply.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My immediate coworkers are a joy to work with. Professional, competant, and our personalities gel well. The only reason I didn't give a better score is because there are other coworkers within the organizations that benefit from rampant nepotism and are first in line for new opportunities.
