I am extremely disappointed in what this company has become over the last 2 years.

It is acceptable compared to other companies.

I have nothing positive to say about LNRS.

They are the only reason I have stayed so long.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have not comments on CEO, President, and VP level personal.

I truly have nothing nice to say about the work environment at this time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could more effectively do their jobs. Some are great others are terrible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a good manager. Not impressed with the next two levels above that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No leadership, no training, no one above us cares. The only thing I can believe at this point is they are either absolutely incompetent as leaders, or they are intentionally trying to get us to quit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Mid tier management is not good. Our senior director (3 tiers up from normal workers) routinely by passes the normal chain of command to assign tasks to line workers directly. He is disrespectful and a bully. This does not foster an environment of confidence and cohesion.
