The company makes lots of promises, but doesn't always follow through, which is frustrating. However, I believe in what we aspire to do, be and have, so I remain invested at the moment. Because my experience has been fulfilling in terms of the professional growth, I've stayed, but I have concerns.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not been offered a raise or promotion despite my sustained high performance. I would feel better if I were given a significant pay increase that is commensurate with the value I deliver to the business.
