quarterly updates/town halls are good

I don't know. I have thought about it, but can't come up with a solution.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I compare my salary to current job opportunities, I am paid 30k-40k less. But that might be offset since I can work from home. WFH is a HUGE benefit and one that I really rate highly, but when I see my insurance costs increase each year, I do wonder about my benefits. PTO is not much
