I love that there is such a push for Diversity and Inclusion, for all different areas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The collaborations between teams that I work with can sometimes be needlessly confrontational and it's a bit stressful when my job relies on those relationships.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to help and jump in whenever someone is needing a helping hand. They are also the best hype squad and always there to boost you up!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like it maybe evaluating pay vs the job requirements bi-yearly instead of annually may more accurately benefit the employee's who strive to take on more work throughout the year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very involved in our team's workings and also invested in us as people. I've never felt more appreciated from a company than I do here because of the wonderful leadership.
