We have a supportive team, we are like a small family. We work hard but also make time to make the personal connections.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other verticals are continuing to promote people and Business Services has been on hold since early 2023. Why is this not consistent across the Organization?

For people to move to the new incentive program, they need to be promoted. There are people that are at levels where they won't move and they are missing out on monetary benefits. They could be moved at a gradual %. We haven't heard anything about how close we are to migrating the rest.
