I have been with LNRS 25 years and have had amazing experiences with my peers and with the impact we have worldwide. From helping catch rapists, terrorists, and other 'bad people', to helping small businesses get loans and achieve their goals, to bringing missing children home, LNRS is amazing! :)
I have been here over 20 years and would recommend LNRS to anyone looking for a challenging and fulfilling career at a place that makes a positive impact in our world.
Ability to achieve a yearly bonus in addition to my salary.
collaboration, ability and willingness to assist across the team, openness to new ideas...
Being able to make a difference in the world, either through products and solutions or volunteer work.
Diversity and inclusion. Also, most people are willing to help if you ask for it in a positive and way that is respectful.
they listen, genuinely care, and want to find the best solutions not only for business profit, but to actually make a difference in the world.
Ability to work from home and flexibility when I need it (i.e. dr's appts, family events, etc.) and the ability to participate in charity work.
Bonus structure... however, I do often wonder if I am compensated in my salary at the same level as peers given my gender and time of employment.
Very much a diverse company who also gives employees a great work/life balance and offers support when needed. Also love the push for Cares and Green events throughout the organization.
The diversity and inclusion of green activities. LNRS and RIsk as a whole has promoted a lot of diverse events as well as making significant changes to effect our footprint on the environment.
Being able to achieve something that has a positive impact on my company, peers, and the community at large. I have been able to host some volunteer events that I found especially rewarding.
They listen and are engaged with what is happening within the company, both at a business level and also where personal things may be impacting either employee groups or individuals they are engaged with. They genuinely care!
Within my personal team there is a lot of collaboration and sharing of information. I have also built relationships with other groups where I have not only enjoyed working with but looking forward to working with again.
I am not certain I am being paid at the same level as my counterparts, particularly those that have come in to the company after me as I have been here for quite some time (over 20 years).
They have an understanding of the day-to-day things we are doing as well as the big picture. There is a personal connection with some of the managers, and when I have had struggles, I have been able to go to them without worry about repercussions. They really do have an open-door policy.
My specific team is amazing and we really do lean into each other to assist with projects. There are great people across the teams I am working with now, however, my move here was a result of a prior team where there was a lot of toxicity. So, this new group has been a breath of fresh air.
