Working with customers, learning new things...
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I am not sure, maybe intervention with HR
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just seems that others in my role are making more
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to try and include all however, sometimes if feels fake.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, this should have had the option of sometimes. Working with customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel we are paid a small amount compared to what execs get and we should at least get a larger end of year bonus.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
You should give the option of Sometime; My team can be challenging and sometimes it is better to just do my job and keep my head down
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since the pandemic I cannot say. Travel has been reduced so many of our team/department meetings are now virtual. No more meeting up on breaks and just chatting
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I no longer have trust in my team. Most of my team seems to have hidden agendas and I feel I could get thrown under the bus and second.
