Need better communication and realizing where the industry is moving too. Need clear and consistent goals, Take efforts to retain resources instead of replacing resources giving budget as one of the reasons.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some colleagues are overloaded with tons of responsibilities and do the heavy lifting without complaining ensuring project delivery. Some have sacrificed their work life balance giving work higher priority. Empathetic and Passionate in the work they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages need to be aligned with living expenses, unfortunately as our salary benchmarks are below industry average which results in resources who are lacking expertise which is required for project, resulting delay in delivery and falling behind the road map. Benefits not easily accessible
