My team works really well together. We communicate well and are very diverse in our knowledge of the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my direct manager. She does not micro manage, but I know she there to assist when I need her.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Providing a good insurance with low deductibles and less premiums,. Allow managers to promote their employees from within their team. Provide enough of a raise to cover the cost of living.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility which allows me to work remotely. I live over 80 miles from our office and it is great to be able to do my job remotely rather than commuting into the office.
