Right now, the number of meetings are really sapping my enjoyment at the company. I also get the impression that Recares is used to measure performance, which is unethical and immoral.

The pay and vacation time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since I've been here, I've had fantastic co-workers. This is partially offset by the number of corporate meetings.
What makes you most happy at work?
I write about engaging topics. Again, this is offset by corporate meetings and other duties that do not relate to my work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a group of super nice people who are talented and committed to doing their job. It's a joy working with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It depends on which leadership team you're talking about. I like the CEO of ICIS, because he is down to earth and aware of the needs of the staff. Above the ICIS level, I think there is too much of an emphasis on meetings and corporate gobbledygook.
