Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation plan is not satisfactory because it only rewards territory growth and does not consider sales performance by product. We should reconsider the previous model that allocated a percentage of compensation per product, as it seemed to be a fairer and more equitable approach
