I believe this company can do so much more for their employees. Wasteful meetings such as sales meetings where everyone has to go is extremely expensive. That money would be better served by increasing raises of each employee. Give us a choice to go to these meetings; not everyone can be gone a week

We work as a unit and help each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are now making less than ever before. Still trying to recover from last year's inflation. 2-3% raise doesn't help when prices are high.
