It is an amazing comany but I feel that it is losing its culture as it grows and is turning into just a place to work rather than a story to be part of.

Improve product knowledge, communications skills and be more proactive with colleagues and customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I earn a good salary but very hard to earn commisions due to other challenges
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating the company vision and adaptin it to the nuances of each region/country. Consider local customs and traditions when making sweeping decisions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to travel and meet people from around the region. Learn from the different cultures on how to do business with them.
