Supportive, heading in the same direction, aligned goals and objectives. Every colleague wants projects to succeed and committed to them doing so.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Clearer progression and development tracks i.e. knowledge and skills building workshops that contribute directly to progression. Salary progression would be preferable if a combination of experience/loyalty uplifts, market adjustments and inflation.
