Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is higher in certain states, and national average salaries, might not be enough to be able to save, invest or buy property.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team(s) are great listeners and collaborators. Additionally, everyone is open to provide a genuine thoughts and constructive feedback to any situation, whether is work related or not, always being respectful and overall thoughtful. I really dig how we vibe, and through the years, we vibe more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will make time out of their very busy schedule to listen to us. For me, it promotes a safe environment to explore and innovate, and also, to work for what is good for the company and society. Additionally, we are encouraged and motivated to support activities for our ERG and other groups.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team, and the type of work we do. Honestly, we work and collaborate in a way that inspires to want to be helpful and support as much as you can. Additionally, our team cares about each other, and it creates a safe space to work as a team and also allows you to be confident enough to innovate.
