What does the leadership team need to get better at?
AU team inclusion in the global business. It feels like we are more of an afterthought.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been made to feel part of a different team (that is not actually my team) and that has been nice of them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not much. I don't feel like I am made to feel part of my actual team. A different team has "adopted" me to include me in their team activities though which is nice of them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better team inclusion - I feel very isolated. Proactive manager and HR support and care in difficult times (i.e. ill health) - I feel like I am not cared about as a person or provided with proactive support to help me manage a serious health concern. I also feel like the business is very silo-ed.
