What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency and openness to new ideas

What makes you most happy at work?

Achieving goals and working with a highly motivated team

What are some of the best things about your team?

Willingness to help one another, openness to ideas, generally a friendly group that wants everyone to succeed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

General perception is that the company wants all of its employees to succeed and takes employee feedback seriously.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Size of team, scope of responsibility and market rate for similar positions - LNRS seems to be on the low end. There's also a lack of clarity on how bonus incentives are paid out - no one seems to understand or be able to explain it. No power to bonus based on individual contributions.
