Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
annual review process and merit raises are not merit-based but are based on how much money is available after all the favorites get their money. Not enough promotion opportunities for people who truly deserve promotions. The annual review process is a joke. Just give me my 3. I don't expect more.
