My co-workers often lack soft skills such as writing a clear email, communicating needs, using Excel, speaking in calls, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is below market value for this position in the ATL area. Annual raise + bonus does not cover cost-of-living increases.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

In general, the Duluth, GA office lacks a sense of professionalism and soft skills such as business communication. Problems arise constantly from this lack of clear communication, and too much time is spent clarifying what others are asking for or fixing mistakes caused by misunderstandings.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Increase the annual raise & bonus to better align with cost-of-living inflation. Conduct compensation analysis against same job titles in the greater ATL area. Make a greater effort to retain existing talent, rather than let important knowledge walk out the door for another company that pays higher.
