Refreshingly good, with the least amount of politics of anywhere I have ever worked. Politics, for the most part, don't seem to exist at LNRS.

Funny enough, interacting with my manager. Also, tracking achievement against goals.

They have created a great company culture in which employees feel highly valued. The company/leaders are known to "do the right thing" for employees.

The company is full of "nice" people. Tough to explain this when I am interviewing prospective hires, but it is the case with few exceptions.
