We have each other's backs and do what we can to support one another. We sharpen one another's skills and spur one another on to greater innovation and success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
RELX is a successful company and the leadership team creates an environment that encourages most employees to work hard and with pride. That does translate to the ongoing success of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the profit margins as high as they are - especially in my division/group - there is no reason why we cannot be paid more. Over the years, we have seen revenue skyrocket yet pay has not followed that trajectory in any context.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that the work I do benefits people way beyond those with whom I interact, and that is very rewarding. Plus, my customers for the most part are great, and we enjoy working together. I very much enjoy the work I do.
