This company was very good place to work for , till management changes were done in this BU and toxic work cluture is being breeded here . there is no place to raise a concern as well , since the culprits are in the upper management

Performance Management -has to be improved and the process of recognition has been revised. Candidates' poor performance - cannot be another candidate's extra workload.

Leadership does a good job on exposing the concerns of the customer and helps tie the projects being worked on to see , how it impacts customers

I feel undervalued because recognition and compensation often appear to be driven more by personal perception than by consistent performance. Despite a proven track record of delivering results, meaningful acknowledgment is limited, while visible credit tends to go to those favored by upper manageme
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Performance management is very poorly managed. The end of the year KPO rating has very little meaning.The poor perfomane of fellow employee is always added as aburden to the employee going above and beyond and there is no recongnition for doing same .
