Good team and good experience with other groups I think groups do work well together, although at times, getting attention from shared-services groups can be challenging A lot of management is "by fire" ie; whatever is hottest at the moment get's the attention. Not a good big-picture plan

Pretty much ego free, willing to share ideas, no "guarded" secrets or territorial issues
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Many tasks are expected to be completed on a shoestring budget. Many companies have huge teams/budgets for Cloud implementation, LN seems to want to do as just another task in your daily work Too many side projects that seem to come from the whim of other groups
