I started as a contractor & then converted to FTE & have been here several years. I enjoy the company & the culture here more than anyplace else I have worked. I do wish the company paid a more competitive salary & made some of the benefits easier to access. Thanks.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy my team, our shared sense of purpose, willingness to help each other out, & willingness to spend time teaching me new things. It's one of the best things about working here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's generally known in our job market that LNR underpays by a good 10%. This creates a dynamic where the best people get picked off for better paying jobs. Also lately i've been trying to use some of our excellent benefits & finding it hard to get approval, like college tuition reimbursement.
