Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

There has been a lot of on-the-job training, but it is not formalized. Also, with the acquisitions over the past few years I have noticed that the company is getting too large for its separate entities to know what other entities and LNRS are actually doing. There is a need for more consistency.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

While we are often able to perform our duties, we often must deal with broken processes or people that do not perform their jobs correctly. The acquisitions this organization has made has caused a huge disconnect in their integration into the enterprise. Legacy folks leaving creates issues as well.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It has been a good learning experience, but the Information Security management needs large improvements. There are known issues that are not addressed competently or sufficiently and may some day cause a serious problem.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The proactive leadership for our well-being and safety, & the opportunities for career learning provided.

We each are willing to help each other without reservation nor feeling like we are being taken advantage of.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have similar roles and will look out for each other in the way of getting the work done properly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A pay raise of at least 20% is warranted. I could go to another organization and get much higher than that.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Higher retention is done via higher pay rates. The execs are not willing to do this, despite excellent revenue for the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The cohesiveness of our team. No one has a personality that is abrasive so there is no reluctance to reach out to someone.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The pay is not competitive and I feel I am taking a loss in my net worth the longer I work at LNRS.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe my compensation should be at least 30% higher for the role I have, and the time I put into this position daily.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is widely known that LNRS pays considerably lower for my position compared to other organizations. I feel my pay should be as much as 30% higher! This will impact my longevity with the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My pay DECREASED 30 PERCENT with a recent promotion due to loss of overtime. With the increase of everything due to record inflation I am most likely going to find my worth by moving to another company, taking my skillset with me.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Pay needs to be higher. When compared to similar organizations, LNRS is consistently lower in pay. The executive team is aware of this and seems to want to do nothing about this. Despite that they likely make a killing with their own compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I took a PAY CUT with a promotion due to the overtime I previously had available. If the company wants to be truly competitive, they need to increase monetary compensation. My colleagues I have spoken to on this agree. This would be the prime reason for me to leave this company.
