Great collegiate atmosphere, but you can tell some of them are overworked, which negatively affects morale.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They have tried very hard to understand employee preferences about working-from-home during COVID, and are implementing a hybrid work model post-pandemic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Again, the company has tried very hard to understand employee working-from-home preferences given COVID, and are implementing a new hybrid work model post-pandemic.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The PTO and holidays are fairly good when compared to other private-sector companies, but are poor compared with government benefits. For example, we don't even have sick leave which is just totally unacceptable given the size and resources of this company.
