Originally with Accuity who really did not do much at growing their people in any way. We have all sat still in our positions for too long. Not because we did not want change, but because their was no where to change too. Now it seems that their is more flexibility to grow. Its just learning what i

Doing a job that I enjoy.

getting along with each other.

Family and work life understanding over the many years of employment.

They are flexible and help me manage my work life balance.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

LNRS seems to want to grow a person as a whole, where as Accuity was not like that.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have all been together for decades or more and for the most part most support each other and we are like family.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

replacement of lost work. There was a time I had too much work, but now loosing work due to change in operations. Worried will loose it all and not have work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

20 years in the same position and I come to find out that no matter how hard I work this is going to be it for me. I no longer volunteer for work, because it becomes mine and I still maintain my same pay and workload. I

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increases based on merit not generic %. When you make under 30k a 2-3% increase is NOT a lot and not enough to keep up with the world around. All employees need their pay rate evaluated. in my office alone we have over half of my team with 15+ years at same job because of no advanc. opportunities.
