Poor. I enjoyed my job a lot before we were acquired by LNRS. Now every day is a struggle and every action involving anything further than our department is frustrating and normally just impossible to achieve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is 10K lower than I could be getting in similar companies in this area. Management just doesn't see value paying a competitive salary
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not enjoy my job, there's too much bureaucracy in everything and it's impossible to get things to change for the better because of the top down management of anything important.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The lower level people want things to change for the better, and management do try to make things better, but unfortunately when you're owned by RELX and everything is overly bureaucratic, it's hard to get anything positive done.
