I used to really look forward to coming to work but it has been more difficult lately. I don't feel that I am getting the support from the senior leadership that I had in the past.
I love this company, but the experience depends entirely on who your leadership is. If you have a manager who knows how to provide feedback and encourages growth it is an amazing experience. If you have a manager who is negative and only criticizes, it can be miserable.
I LOVE this company but have been disappointed in upper level management (VP levels). They have their pet projects and people and show very little support to the other teams. They preach Psychological Safety but are not aware that they don't exhibit the behaviors.
They work very hard to create an inclusive and positive culture. There are many things they are doing to achieve this. However, if you report to someone that breads negativity and are completely unaware, it is hard to overcome. Even if you go to HR, nothing is done.
they value the employees that work here
Meeting with co-workers and finishing a project.
The people I work with are fantastic.
The interactions I have with my team.
Great people truly invested in what they do.
I think the compensation is fair at my level.
The diversity and inclusion efforts.
The interactions with my team.
They continue to touch base with us through town halls.
They are really invested in the success of the company.
I really like the investments they put into the ERGs.
They have clear goals that they share frequently with the employees.
When I have a very productive day and help someone solve a problem.
the benefits are comparable to other companies and there are options at various price points.
I think we all really respect each other. That has built a comradery between us.
The people are friendly and supportive. They are people that I like spending time with.
The people I work with are incredibly smart. The culture among my team is excellent.
I have a director who believes in me and builds me up instead of tearing me down.
I like that they take the time to report out on the business through townhalls and all hands meetings.
The bonus at the higher levels is great. Needs to be adjusted for those still at the lower levels.
My direct leadership/director is incredible. Above that a feel a lack of psychological safety. They seem oblivious to this fact.
I really like the ERGs. I feel that we do a good job being inclusive and provide insight into different perspectives.
I feel the pay at LN is lower than comparable companies. I do feel that the working environment is fantastic which is what keeps me here. I am however worried about losing employees to a company that will pay them more. I was also very disappointed when UHC went up so much more.
People care about each other and are quick to help each other. However, whether you are happy at work or not is greatly influenced by who you work for. When I was under another leader, I was miserable. When you have someone who builds you up and recognizes your contribution, you want to do more.
While I feel that my compensation is fair, I do not feel that this is a case across the board. I feel that salary raises barely keep up with inflation and adjustments are next to impossible to get. It is absurd that people who have been here for years get a lesser % bonus than those newly hired.
