Our team. We are a tight group and we help each other.

My co-workers. They make it fun and are always willing to help when needed,

My direct manager is awesome. The one above him not so much. The top-level I think are great,
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and share the workload. Which has grown by a lot. Our team is two members short and LexisNexis will not backfill them. Plus we were given a new product to support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages in our area have gone up. LexisNexis has not followed. Retail and fast food pay as much as LexisNexis. I can get a job at the university or the hospital doing CSR and make 3 to 4 dollars more an hour.
