Everyone knows the overall strategic goals of the organization and feels like their role does contribute to the success of the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies have much better benefits - or at least they contribute more percentage to the cost of health insurance, so the employees can upgrade to better plans with less out of pocket costs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People truly care about each other. They also collaborate effectively with each person contributing their areas of expertise to the overall project. The collaboration makes working together much more fun, interactive and interesting.
