While there are some great components to working at logically. I feel at times insecure with where the company is headed and how they go about changing departments with out feedback from those working in them. I also feel sometimes siloed and that the culture has a lot of room for improvements.

Market conditions dictate otherwise and although there have been talks about correcting, there is little action. There is a potential plan, but it would be better to know outright what change is going to happen and when. People have left because of the approach 'we can pay you next year.'
