They were very knowledgeable. They constantly trained and assisted, in their employees growth and development. Communication is something that needs to be worked on. Often request would go unattended because the request was communicated in an ineffective manner. The overall experience was rewarding.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no employee motivation, they fire any employee without any reason. They hired simply kids as manager who only like themselves. First time saw manager gossiping about own subordinate

Problem is not within employees. It’s more manager who are harassing employee.
