Being paid what other coworkers are paid within the college and department. Many positions in my department are doing jobs/responsibilities I have done in the past and currently and are paid more.

It it difficult to learn that I make way less than the faculty I work with, including part-time and those who have worked here less than I have. I am a full-time employee, I have worked here for 11 years and just made it to the midpoint range for compensation with a raise I received during summer 22

Management does not take time to appreciate individual work, nor do they understand our work on a day-to-day basis. More one-on-one communication and mentorship would be great.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many (not all) need to be reviewed and held to the same standards as ALL employees. There should be disciplinary action when they don't follow college policy. They need to work on communication and professionalism.
