Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Remove the Executive Team and Board of Directors, Eliminate DEI, Hire Whites in Correspondence with Area Demographics, Literally Triple and Quadruple Salaries to meet Area Known Salary Requirements.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I hate my schedule, I do not believe it is fair that I am the only one in my department who has to work a 12 hour shift and work the entire weekend
