MCAG has one leader and she does a very great job. Makes sure everyone is involved on all topics even if it doesn`t affect their work and in general walks the talk when is comes to solution oriented and flexibility.

Listening to the people that work on the machine. The way it is set up is a big part. Many have the people on top of each other with very little space. Gets really hot and uncomfortable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think bonus pay should be increased and represent a percentage of fix salary. Moreover when goals are achieved or when employee exceed expectation, discussion for promotion should be opened (and not depending on the years of experience but more on employee's result)

Unfortunately no transparency on grow paths, salary levels for jobs and what to do to grow in salary.

Coworkers need to act they're age and not behave like children. I see 25-40 year olds acting like we're still in high school. It disgusts me to see how these people can act and just overall need better behavior towards each other whether we like each other or not, we're here to work not play around.

The company, needs to change management, stop doing favors to family members by giving them promotions, human resources needs to step up and really help people..
