What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are mostly a waste of time. I get more done working from home without the constant distractions from employee's who arent working.

I think most of my coworkers are great but there are a lot of people I work with that I wonder how they even got the job in the first place, let alone how they keep it!
