The company has been treating me very well. My direct managers are extremely nice and respect me as a person. They also respect and appreciate the work that I do. I do wish there was a pathway for me to grow in the company to gain more responsibility help justify a better compensation.

I started with Micro Center as a CSR during COVID and became a FES a few months after joining the company. I have been able to grow myself professionally and help develop numerous new CSR associates over my time with the company, with many of them going on to take higher positions in the company.

I really love my manger Lori because Shes so accommodating with my schedule and work life. I've been having a hard time in school and Shes done her best to work with me. Overall, the entire leadership team is very supportive and always want the best for you which is something I've never seen before

Communicating and listening. Feedback is asked for, but it's often not taken seriously. The attitude is "this is the way things are." and it seems like they don't care to try to investigate how things could be changed for the better, they just want us to conform to the way things are going.

A lot of them seem to take a hands off approach and demand excess work out of us. They expect for the employee to adopt a devote desire to work tirelessly while they kick up their feet. Management needs to be more involved with gaining a perspective from others, use experience, and show compassion.

Pay in this company is not determined based on the role/job that is being completed but rather based on what you have been previously paid in other roles. I make less than the employees I manage. Pay increases and reviews are not conducted on a regular basis and I didn't receive either last year.

We didn't even get cost of living increases last year and then they increased the cost of the health insurance. Managers push for performance only because they get a bonus if you do well. Where's the bonus or pay raise for those actually doing the work?
