They are working with difficult client "T-Mobile" that does not engage and respond when Covestic managers provide solutions they T-Mobile ignores, and they behave like a dishonest client not engaging the provided services. They also do not want the advise which the front line workers provide.

It is commission based plan.

Introduction of Salary bands per so all can see where they are in the range Introduction of Progression (What jobs can progress in to what roles) No fixed annual salary review (Seems to vary each year)

Knowing I can see the issues/problems and provide input/solutions which makes us a trusted advisor to clients. I do not want to be like other MSP's lake TCS, TechMehindra, NTT. I want us to be different and BLOW THEM ALL out of the Water. Our customers should be saying they saved our neck!!
