What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy that as an SDR, we are paid on the signing of the product addendum now because getting a restaurant to go live with Nextbite has proven to be a challenge this past year.

the flexibility of taking time when needed, the contribution toward our benefits for employee and the amount toward our spouse. the $60 Stipend towards OOS for delivery, the $250 toward home office essentials, pretty much everything!

higher pay better leads that actually lead to customers not old numbers

I don't feel undervalued. Standard of living in a major city is a lot more than rural areas and the compensation should be reflected due to that.
