Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no room for growth. You say we can grow here but there is a lack of opportunity for it, then you provide a average raise and expect us to be happy with it. Also, there is no more development stipend, which was taken away without much notice. You expect professionals to grow with just LIL?
