I know that this is an achievement of every person who works at Nextiva, but I think that everything starts at the higher lever, so I want to thank our leadership team for creating the most amazing atmosphere that I've seen in a company. :)

I feel like some of the departments behind the scenes are not necessarily viewed with the same respect or regard as sales positions. It is demotivating at times.

They are like my family: always care about my health/feeling/problems and always try to help with any work issues/questions.

Our Ukrainian billing department already feels like a family to me. :) I can't picture working with someone else, we "clicked" from the beginning. I appreciate everyone from my team and really happy to work with them.
