What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company matching on retirement plan and having a great dental plan

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health/Dental care is expensive. The company match for 403b/401a could be increased

I make $25,000 less than my value with other entities and also i am paid a bonus of 5% instead of 10% paid by other entities. With the SIP calculation, my 5% is not even given to me, it is less than that.

It would be great to have a more competitive pay, compared to other companies.

I moved out of state to VA< and VA cost of living is very high (which i did not know) so based off that my pay should have been higher as well.
