What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not lying. Noodles creates false pretenses to get potential employee candidates to turn down other job opportunities only to find out their promises were never intended to be kept. Noodles will throw your availability out of the door despite your obligations outside of work.

The scholarship and tuition help is greatly appreciated

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You cannot pay an employee enough to abandon their family with special needs. The moment the company dropped their contractual agreement with me on my availability and put my family in jeopardy, they made compensation irrelevant.

The team is young, has a lot of energy and has fun together while working. The issue isn't with team members. The issue is with upper management and blatant, direct lies and deceit.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team members, for the most part, all like each other. However, the majority are unhappy with management and scheduling as well as compensation.

It was a simple online application

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I interviewed with multiple upper management company representatives. I made my availability and needs extremely clear, to which the representatives agreed upon. Guarantees were made, then immediately discarded upon my start date. The interview was deceitful and disrespectful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop favoritism treat all employees fairly. All management need to get fired in West Hartford, CT

The company needs to discourage upper management from lying to acquire employees, especially very experienced employees. They need to show their employees that they value them and respect their lives outside of work. The company is losing employees rapidly and the blatant disrespect isn't helping.
