They have all been in my shoes, some forget what it was like when they're coaching you in the moment, but overall the empathy is genuine, and the pushing is from the heart.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We constantly hear how we employees need to feel absorb the push to reduce expenses by giving up benefits we had already earned! But nary a word on how senior leadership’s benefits have been cut. Tough to take

Well, at the rate the company is going, the only benefit I'll have left is a chair to sit in while I'm at the office. NML has gone way down hill in how it treats its employees. Used to be great, now is not even average.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if every change didn’t make my benefits package worse. We were told that we shouldn’t compare our monetary reward with our competitors, but to look at the whole package. Guess what - we still lag in pay
