What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CODE is a false way the company pretends to value employees. They only care about stockholders. They surplus everyone that cares about the day to day life and keep number driven people.

I feel demotivated mainly after learning i am payed way more less than my peers and especially paygap for women is high. No efforts taken in last 3 years to change, just false promises
