I do appreciate my manager a lot because she has a great team work vibe. She practices what she preaches and runs a smooth shift. I haven't worked enough with the leadership above hers as much but I do know that numbers mean everything to them.

Nothing, they keep dismissing us and never do anything to fix it, we have a team lead who constantly yells at employees in front of guests and our manager has done nothing to correct her behavior, everyone is constantly drained from the mental abuse we endure everyday, everyone will be quitting soon
